Start the next chapter with a clear plan.

Plan a Blackleaf Point of Sale rollout around your customer records, inventory, equipment, team, and required integrations.

Development preview · Availability and deployment scope confirmed for your store.

Start with the store you run today.

Bring your current POS, store locations, service channels, station count, must-have connections, and desired timing. We use that picture to define the proposed rollout, including what needs to be demonstrated before anyone agrees a launch date.

  • Initial rollout is planned around California; coverage is confirmed for the licensed location.
  • Choose the checkout, inventory, marketing, and operating workflows you need at launch.
  • Separate existing equipment you want to retain from new supplied equipment.

Bring the history that makes the next visit better.

Customer matching, rewards, inventory, and consent need a migration plan of their own. Begin with a small representative export, agree the field mapping, and reconcile it against the source. Identify unavailable history before the switch.

Rehearse a real shift together.

Walk through check-in, a sale, a return, a pickup, receiving, and cash close with the people doing that work. Include an interrupted payment and a stock mismatch. The launch decision should follow a reconciled rehearsal and a clear support plan.

  • Train by role: front desk, budtender, inventory, and manager.
  • Agree the cutover window, final data check, and fallback procedure.
  • Document support contacts, coverage hours, escalation, and responsibility for open issues.
  • Migration fees, training scope, and service terms belong in the quote; no fixed launch time is promised here.

Questions worth asking.

Clear answers for planning your store’s next step.

Can I sign up for Blackleaf Dispensary POS today?

There is no public self-service signup. Blackleaf Dispensary POS is taking on dispensaries one at a time through a limited rollout. Contact the team to discuss your location, current system, requirements, and timing. Interest does not automatically establish a go-live date.

Which states will Blackleaf Dispensary POS support?

The initial rollout is planned around California. Additional state coverage has not been announced here. A store’s jurisdiction, license type, reporting requirements, payment setup, and launch readiness need individual confirmation.

Will Blackleaf Dispensary POS work offline?

Offline operation is on the roadmap. Offline settlement is not currently represented as production-ready. Your deployment review should specify what can continue without internet, which actions are restricted, and how payments, inventory, permissions, and reporting reconcile after reconnecting.

How does POS fit with loyalty and customer history?

The POS direction reuses Blackleaf’s existing customer and rewards foundation. Current development includes customer and rewards context; production earning, redemption, historical migration, and related checkout behavior must be confirmed in the rollout scope. Customer data is not, by itself, marketing consent.
