Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Blackleaf Marketing Solutions, LLC (“Blackleaf,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles requests for refunds and credit adjustments for purchases made through our platform at https://blackleaf.io.

1. Pay-As-You-Go Credit System

Our services operate on a pay-as-you-go model. Customers load funds into their account to purchase messaging credits. Credits are deducted automatically as text messages are sent. Because our services are delivered electronically and consumed in real time, each message sent permanently consumes its corresponding credit.

2. Refunds for Unused Credits

Refunds are available only for unused credits that remain in your account. Once a message has been sent, no refund can be issued for that credit, even if the message fails to deliver or is filtered by a carrier.

To request a refund for unused credits, please email billing@blackleaf.io within seven (7) days of the original transaction. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Failed or Undelivered Messages

Blackleaf does not provide refunds or credit adjustments for failed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on multiple third-party networks (including carriers) and on message content provided by the sender. The sender is solely responsible for ensuring that message content complies with applicable laws, carrier rules, and content standards.

4. Account Credits and Expiration

Pre-loaded credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Accounts that remain inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months may be closed, and any remaining balance forfeited. You will receive notice prior to any account closure.

5. Disputed Transactions

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before disputing it with your financial institution. We will investigate and respond promptly to all inquiries related to billing or refunds.
