What customer data should I upload?
Short answer: Only data your organization is authorized to use and Blackleaf needs for the workflow. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
How should I handle exports?
Short answer: Treat them as sensitive customer data. Use approved storage, limit access, transmit securely, and delete local copies under your retention policy.
Can I share my password or API key with Support?
Short answer: No. Never send passwords, full API keys, session tokens, or payment details in support or chat. Support does not need your password.
What if a credential was exposed?
Short answer: Revoke or rotate it immediately, limit affected access, and contact Support with non-secret incident details.
Where are the privacy and service terms?
Short answer: Use the current Privacy Policy and Terms. Send account-specific privacy requests through Support.
