Your order and payment authorization You are purchasing messaging technology, platform access, and the setup services itemized in your order from Blackleaf Marketing Solutions, LLC. By selecting Confirm and Pay, you confirm that you are authorized to act for your business and authorize the displayed total. Subscription charges apply for the selected monthly or annual billing period. Annual prices are prepaid for the full year. Messaging usage, applicable fees, and selected add-ons are additional unless expressly included. The order summary identifies your selected plan, billing period, rates, and payment preferences. If automatic balance reloads are selected, the displayed total also includes the selected reload amount as an initial messaging deposit, separate from setup and subscription charges. This deposit remains available for account usage after setup; future automatic reloads follow the displayed threshold and amount.
Subscription renewals and balance reloads Your subscription renews for the selected billing period at the disclosed plan price, plus applicable fees, until canceled. Any price change must be disclosed before it applies. To cancel future renewals, contact billing@blackleaf.io before the next billing period. Cancellation stops future subscription periods; it does not reverse services already provided or fees already incurred. Automatic balance reloads are separate from subscription renewal and occur only if enabled, at the threshold and amount displayed at checkout. You can disable reloads in Billing or request help from billing@blackleaf.io. Disabling reloads alone does not cancel your subscription.
Carrier registration and setup fees Registration fees pay for application preparation, submission, and processing, not guaranteed carrier approval. Once an application is submitted, registration and processing fees are nonrefundable if a carrier rejects, delays, suspends, or requires changes to the application. Completed setup work and incurred third-party costs are also nonrefundable. Approval decisions and timing are controlled by carriers and their registration partners. Any additional paid resubmission or setup work will be disclosed before authorization.
Message charges and delivery Messages submitted for sending consume billable services even if they fail, are filtered, are delayed, or are not received or read. Blackleaf does not refund those message charges solely because delivery was unsuccessful. Delivery depends on recipient information, content, consent, devices, networks, and carrier rules. A delivery status does not establish that a person read or acted on a message. Unused messaging credits remain subject to Blackleaf's published Refund Policy.
No guarantee of business results Blackleaf provides communications tools and services, not a promise of sales, attendance, revenue, engagement, conversions, or return on investment. You control your audience, recipient consent, list quality, offers, content, and timing. Low response, poor sales, or other disappointing business results do not by themselves mean the purchased services were not provided and do not entitle you to a refund for services provided or usage incurred.
Your responsibilities and service records You must provide accurate application details, obtain and retain all legally required recipient consent, honor opt-outs, and comply with applicable law and carrier policies. Uploading or possessing a contact list does not establish consent. You remain responsible for your content, recipients, and authorized account activity. Blackleaf may retain the accepted terms version, order details, payment authorization, submission records, and service logs to document performance, investigate billing questions, and respond to disputes, subject to its Privacy Policy.
Billing questions and legal rights Contact billing@blackleaf.io with your order reference if a charge appears incorrect. Blackleaf will investigate billing errors and unauthorized charges. These terms supplement the linked Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy; they do not eliminate refunds required by law or waive statutory consumer protections or payment-card dispute rights. Limitations of liability and other general provisions remain subject to the Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
